Last Updated: August 11th, 2023

This release of Nureva Console brings new functionality as well as API support for integrating Nureva audio devices with third-party devices.

What’s New

  • New and improved developer toolkit
  • Camera zones data from HDL410 systems for use with third-party camera integration
  • Local control of HDL310 and HDL410 devices with Nureva Console client
  • USB camera monitoring through Nureva Console client with HDL310 and HDL410 systems

Developer Tool Kit

The Nureva Developer Toolkit features versatile APIs that offer all the functionality of Nureva Console. It’s easy to integrate your Nureva devices with other products or automate tasks to save time. Use of the toolkit is included with the purchase of Nureva audio devices. With this release, the toolkit has been updated with sections for Cloud APIs and Local APIs.

Cloud APIs

The Developer Toolkit allows you to securely control, manage, and automate your Nureva devices using cloud-based APIs. Nureva’s APIs allow enrolled audio devices to be monitored, managed and controlled. In addition, room acoustic and usage data is available.

Local APIs

Using your local network, Nureva's local APIs allow you to control audio devices and use sound location data for third-party camera integrations.

Camera zones data from HDL410 systems

The addition of the camera zones API brought a new endpoint to the sound location API that was introduced earlier this year. This improvement to sound location data provides zone data from Nureva Console to third-party cameras to enhance AI-based camera switching. Users create zones within the HDL410 coverage map. When a sound is detected within a zone, data is sent from the API to assist with camera switching.

HDL310 and HDL410 – Nureva Console client

With recent firmware and Nureva Console updates, we are pleased to announce that local control of HDL310 and HDL410 devices is available using the desktop client. Watch for HDL310 and HDL410 support articles to be updated to include Nureva Console client.

USB camera monitoring

Through Nureva Console client users have had the option to monitor their USB video conferencing cameras. Previously this feature was only available when the cameras were used with HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems. This update expands this feature to include HDL310 and HDL410 systems.
