If you have forgotten the password to your Nureva Console cloud account, the following steps will help you to reset the password.
The first instructions allow you to reset from this page. The second instructions explain how to reset your password from the Sign In screen.
Reset from this page
- Click here to go to the reset password page

Once at the reset password page
- Enter your email address
- Select "Reset via email"
- Watch your inbox for a "Nureva account password reset" email
- Open the email
- Press the "Reset Password" link found in the email
NOTE: This reset password link is only active for 1 hour.
- A webpage will open to reset your password
- Complete the "New password" field and "Confirm Password" fields
- Ensure that your password meets the listed requirements
- Once the list is complete with green checkmarks, press "Set Password"
- After "Password Changed" is shown, press "Back to Sign in" to return to the sign-in page
- Sign in to Nureva Console cloud using your new password
Reset your password from the Sign In page
- From the Sign In page click "Forgot password?"
- Once at the reset password page
- Enter your email address
- Select "Reset via email"
- Watch your inbox for a "Nureva account password reset" email
- Open the email
- Press the "Reset Password" link found in the email
NOTE: This reset password link is only active for 1 hour.
- A webpage will open to reset your password
- Complete the "New password" field and "Confirm Password" fields
- Ensure that your password meets the listed requirements
- Once the list is complete with green checkmarks, press "Set Password"
- After "Password Changed" is shown, press "Back to Sign in" to return to the sign-in page
- Sign in to Nureva Console cloud using your new password
