The Nureva™ HDL300 Windows Update Firmware Driver is a new software capability enabling an alternate method for users to keep their HDL300 devices up-to-date and ensure they have the latest in Nureva audio capabilities.

Known Issue

If a user initiates a firmware update from Nureva Console (cloud or client) while the Windows driver is also updating the firmware, the update will fail. After the update fails the user will be prompted to try the firmware update again. As a precaution an application guard is in place to disable the firmware update capability for all meeting room PCs that have Nureva Console client installed.  A future release will address this issue and remove the application guard.
