If you have forgotten the password to your Nureva Console cloud account, the following steps will help you to reset the password.
The first instructions allow you to reset from this page. The second instructions explain how to reset your password from the Sign In screen.
Reset from this page
- Click here to go to the reset password page
- Watch your inbox for a "Nureva account password reset" email
- Open the email
- Press the "Reset Password" link found in the email
NOTE: This reset password link is only active for 1 hour.
- A webpage will open with a security question
- Answer the security question
- Click on "Reset Password"
- Complete the "New Password" field
- Complete the "Confirm Password" field
- Once there are checkmarks next to the 5 requirements, press "Set Password"
- Press "Back to Sign in" after the "Password Changed" message is shown to return to the sign-in page
- Sign in to Nureva Console cloud using your new password
Reset your password from the Sign In page
- While on the Sign In page click "Need help signing in?"
- Click on "Forgot password?"
- Watch your inbox for a "Nureva account password reset" email
- Open the email
- Press the "Reset Password" link found in the email
NOTE: This reset password link is only active for 1 hour.
- A webpage will open with a security question
- Answer the security question
- Click on "Reset Password"
- Complete the "New Password" field
- Complete the "Confirm Password" field
- Once there are checkmarks next to the 5 requirements, press "Set Password"
- Press "Back to Sign in" after the "Password Changed" message is shown to return to the sign-in page
- Sign in to Nureva Console cloud using your new password
