If you are enrolling a device into Nureva Console cloud, and the enrollment has stalled, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Nureva Console cloud and sign in to your account
Once you have signed in, use these steps to remove the device from Console cloud:
- Choose Devices
- Locate the device that you were enrolling from the list and select the three-dot menu
- From the three-dot menu select remove device
