This firmware version (3.1.9) is now available for the HDL300 and Dual HDL300 audio conferencing systems.

This version of the firmware provides Microphone Mist^TM with a new voice targeting algorithm for the HDL300 and Dual HDL300 that provides improved microphone pickup quality.  For remote listeners, the new voice targeting algorithm will allow them to hear their colleagues in the room speaking with greater consistency in volume and tone. Any HDL300 or Dual HDL300 system can take advantage of this new voice targeting algorithm by updating to the latest firmware (version 3.1.9). This release also contains proactive support for future hardware configurations.

 Firmware for the HDL300 systems can be updated through Nureva Console by using the cloud service or the desktop client. If you need to install Nureva Console client, it is available here.
