Nureva Pro subscriptions include an extended warranty, expanded support hours, advance hardware replacement and enhanced capabilities in Nureva Console. The Nureva Pro subscription must be activated through Nureva Console cloud before the benefits are available.
It is important to note that the Nureva Pro warranty extension should be assigned within 90 days of purchasing the Nureva audio device. Please contact Nureva Support for assistance with questions regarding warranty start and end dates or assistance assigning a Nureva Pro license.
Assigning a license during enrollment
Once the device enrollment has advanced to the "Enter room details" page the Nureva Pro license can be assigned.
- If a Nureva Pro license is available, a checkbox will be available below the Tags field

- Check the box next to Assign Nureva Pro license to this room
- Click on Save and a confirmation window will pop-up

- Choose to Assign license or Do not assign license
- If the Nureva Pro license is not assigned to the room, the device will be enrolled and the new room created
- The Nureva Pro license would need to be assigned later through the Rooms dashboard
- After choosing to assign or not assign the license, Nureva Console will advance to the Rooms dashboard
- If the license is assigned a "Pro" badge will be visible next to the room and a notification will indicate a successful assignment

From the Rooms dashboard a Nureva Pro license can be assigned to a room.
- Click on the 3-dot menu for the audio device that the license will be assigned to
- Select Assign Pro license from the menu options
- A window will pop-up asking for confirmation to assign the license
- Choose Assign license to confirm the assignment
- Choose Cancel to return to the Rooms dashboard

DeleteAssigning a license after 90 days from device purchase
A Nureva Pro license can be assigned to a room after 90 days have passed from the purchase of the device in the room. When a license is assigned 90 days after the device purchase has passed, the extended warranty may not apply.
