Troubleshooting
Data load issue
Instead of the average background noise measurement, you may see a message that says, “Oops, that data didn’t load. Please refresh the page,” as in the screenshot below. This means that Nureva Console encountered a problem when loading the data.
Refreshing the page in your browser should solve this problem. If the issue persists after several refreshes, contact support for assistance.
Missing data
You may see an average background noise measurement of 0 dBA in a light grey color, as in the screenshot below.
This state indicates that no analytics data has been collected by the Nureva audio conferencing system for the past several days. There are 2 possible reasons for missing data.
1. The Nureva audio device in the room is not enabled to collect analytics data
- Both the device firmware and the Console client application on the in-room computer require minimum versions to be able to collect analytics data
- Ensure the Nureva Console client application in each room is running and up to date
- This application must remain running in order to collect data
- The latest version is required
- Learn how to update Nureva Console client
- Confirm your Nureva audio conferencing systems have the latest firmware
2. The Nureva audio conferencing system in the room is enabled to collect analytics data but has not collected any data in the past several days because the device was not ‘Online’
- Nureva audio devices can only collect data when in the Online state in Nureva Console cloud
- Data cannot be collected when a device is in an Offline, Disconnected, or Unplugged state
