Known Issues

HDL300 support requires firmware version 2.1.98 or later

If you wish to use Console client to manage your HDL300 or Dual HDL300 system, please upgrade to Firmware version 2.1.98 using Nureva Room Manager.  This initial step is required to allow for the USB connection to be established between the HDL300 connect module and the Console client application.

Restarting Nureva Console client may be required after install on Windows 10 Enterprise 2004 version

After the installation of Nureva Console client, the application may fail to start up. Please reboot the computer to ensure all services are properly running.

Inaccurate firmware status after network disconnect

If there is an interruption to the network connection during a firmware upgrade, Nureva Console cloud may not receive the update completion notification. This will result in an inaccurate status of the firmware upgrade being displayed.  An indication of this occurring will be the progress indicator spinning continuously. A refresh of the browser page will return the current state of the update.

Uninstall of Nureva Console client may affect Nureva Room Manager

Operation of Nureva Room Manager together with Nureva Console client is supported but uninstall of Nureva Console client may affect Nureva Room Manager through the removal of a file.  Users may need to re-install Nureva Room Manager to resolve this issue.

Firmware update times out

If the download of a firmware upgrade takes a long time due to a slow internet connection ( greater than 10 minutes), the update operation may time out and the HDL unit will not be updated. Users should try again with a faster internet connection.
