Product tiles are missing or grayed out

Missing

Nureva Room Manager monitors for all Nureva Wall hardware once connected then activates all the relevant tiles. If a Nureva Wall system is not present or not connected, the associated tile is removed from the interface.

Grayed out

Tiles are grayed out if Nureva Room Manager finds a problem with Nureva Wall systems. An accompanying message would indicate problems such as no hardware connection or if there are missing (software) components for the connected hardware.
