If the touch on your touch panel is off or inaccurate, follow the steps below.
- Recalibate touch using Room Manager's "Touch calibration" feature. If the issue isn't fixed, proceed to the next steps.
- Open the computer's display settings in the control panel
- Make sure the display resolution is set to 1920 x 1016
- Open your computer's graphics card settings. These can usually be located by right-clicking, or pressing and holding, on the desktop and selecting the graphics card from the menu that appears.
- Make sure the display resolution is set to "1920 x 1016" and the scaling is set to "Maintain aspect ratio"
