Follow the steps below to address this issue:
- Verify that the unit is not installed near fans, A/C systems or any other items generating noise
- Check to see that the microphone and speaker bar is properly mounted flush against a wall surface so that sound reflections will make their way properly to the microphones on the bottom of the system
Consult the HDL300 installation guide to learn how much clearance to give the microphone and speaker bar.
