The projected image doesn't fit the screen

The projector's aspect ratio and resolution are set according to the computer's resolution settings. When the 1080 HD projector is first connected to the Span hardware (including the NAM module), the resolution is automatically set to a resolution of 1920x720p.

  1. Follow the image alignment steps found in the On-screen image alignment and touch calibration article.
Once Start Image Alignment has been selected, the computer resolution setting will be applied to the NAM, switching from 1920x720p to 1920x1080p.
  1. Finish the remaining image alignments configurations and tap Done
