The imported PDF isn't loading

If you import a PDF and it doesn't load, try the following fixes:

Check to see if your PDF is too big

Span Workspace supports PDFs of up to 200 pages. Additionally, larger PDFs might have trouble loading if your network bandwidth this slow.

Try uploading one PDF at a time

Span Workspace or your network might have troubles if you're adding more PDFs before the previous one has finished loading. Upload only one at a time, and wait for the previous PDFs to finish loading before adding another.

Check your network bandwidth

Use an online network speed test to make sure your network is running fast enough. Slow network speeds may make your PDF import take longer than usual.
