June 25, 2018 – Dual displays known issue

In a 2:2 setup, where each display is controlled by a separate PC, if a user logs into Span Workspace on one of the displays and the two displays have been linked in the past, the second display will automatically log in as well.

When users try to pan the canvas or add content on the second display, Span Workspace will close and return to the login page.

Workaround: Log in to Span Workspace on both displays.


We are working on a resolution to this issue and apologize for any inconvenience. This issue does not apply to Nureva Wall configuration where two displays are connected to a single computer (2:1).
