The serial number for your HDL300 connect module is located on the top right on the front of the device.

The serial number for your microphone and speaker bar is located on the back of the device by the Ethernet port.

When contacting support, have your the serial number from your connect module ready. If support needs further information, they may ask for the serial number of your microphone and speaker bar.
