Return process for a defective Nureva® audio conferencing system

If there is a perceived defect with the Nureva audio conferencing system, please contact your reseller. They will conduct the required troubleshooting and, if necessary, proceed with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. Proof of purchase may be requested as part of the process.

Units determined to be defective will be replaced by Nureva at no charge. In order to complete a product replacement, the following information will be required:

  • The product serial number
  • Shipping contact person's name
  • Shipping contact person's phone number
  • Shipping address

The customer is responsible for shipping the defective unit back to Nureva, except where it is a Dead on Arrival (DOA).  Nureva will be responsible for all logistics costs for DOA units. Additional information may be required by your Nureva authorized reseller.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) devices

In the case of DOA, Nureva will cover shipping costs for the DOA unit and the replacement. A return shipping label will be sent to the client.  Customers are expected to follow the shipping instructions, properly pack the defective item, and ship the item back to the designated location.
