Invite a guest who doesn't have a Span Workspace subscription to view and contribute to your canvas.
It's also possible to share your canvas with someone who isn't in your subscription. For example, if you're having a meeting with third-parties, students or contractors, they'll be able to follow along and add content to a canvas.
To add a guest to your canvas, follow the steps below:
Guests will receive an email inviting them to create an account. If they already have an account, they'll receive a notification email with access to the canvas. Once a guest has created an account and accessed the canvas, that person will be able to view, edit and contribute to the canvas, depending on the permission level assigned to them.
Guests cannot be given the "Manage" role
Before you can share a canvas across your subscriptions, this feature must be enabled by a Span Workspace administrator.
Guests can request to join a paid subscription. Being part of a paid subscription would enable guests to create and manage their own canvases.
To send a request to join the subscription,
A popup will appear with the option to request to join an existing Span Workspace subscription.
