Creating your account

Learn how to create and log in to your Span Workspace account.

Once you have been added to a subscription for Nureva™ Span™ Workspace, you will receive a welcome email with an invitation to create your account. After creating your account, you can log in to the software via

  • The Span web client using a certified mobile browser
  • The Span web client using a certified computer browser
  • Span Workspace

These steps are for users that have been added to a paid subscription. Trial users will receive an email after creating their account asking them to confirm their email address. Once their email is confirmed, they can log in to the software

*If you haven't received a welcome email, contact your subscription administrator. He or she will be able to add you as a user.


Create your account 

  1. Click the Create your account button in the welcome email

  1. Fill in the fields for your name and password
  2. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Use
  3. Click Create

Log in to your account

Once your account has been created, you can log in to the software from your computer, tablet or directly on the wall. Ensure the same data center from your account creation page is selected from the drop-down menu on the log-in page.

Using the web client: Use your Chrome or Safari browser to log in at Span.nureva.com
Using the wall client: Launch Span Workspace by tapping the icon for Span Workspace
