Connect your Span Workspace and Jira accounts, the final step to Jira integration.
Once a Jira administrator has configured a Jira application link, users can connect the Span Workspace and Jira accounts. Every Span Workspace user must connect the accounts.
After Jira has been connected to the Span Workspace account, the Jira integration works from any device that uses the web client of Span Workspace. The wall client is not supported.
Users must connect their own Span Workspace and Jira accounts. This process cannot be done by an administrator.
Make sure to remove anything after the slash (/) symbol behind the end of the domain:

If the Jira administrator has successfully set up the application link, a Jira login window should appear.
A success message should appear. Once it does, you will be able to use Jira integration on your canvases and subscriptions.
You will be able to reconnect your Jira account at any time by following the steps under connecting user accounts.
See our creating a Jira issue from your canvas article for the next steps.
